I love it here... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   With the exception of some annoying neighbors, I love this complex. I do admit to them being inadequately insulated, but I am willing to live with it... our gas and electric bill has been much lower this winter than it was at our previous place. I have sometimes found a few of the office staff to be rude, but overwhelming I find they wonderfully friendly, going out of their way to speak to me and calling me by name. The maintenance staff is always right on top of things, and are very friendly as well. The office is always doing and planning things, which I enjoy, even if I don't participate that often. Right now they're doing a toy and food drive... they'll be having a holiday party for the residents later this month, etc. The only draw back is that occasionaly some noisy college kids will weasel their way in here, but the office is always wanting to be on top of that and encourages people to complain if their neighbors are causing such troubles.
