For the first 6 months I loved it there. After that, I found out that the walls were paper thin, many of the other tenants were rude which the office did nothing about, and the general maintenance of the lawns and roads fell dramatically. I was forced to make multiple complaints about small issues (after I went to the tenant first to avoid any issue). At first it wasn't a problem, but eventually the dog waste was so bad that I wouldn't walk in the grass even though sometimes it was on the sidewalk and streets. The actual grounds people were really nice if you made a request to them but nothing would happen if it went through the office.

The parking was absolutely atrocious in my area and ice and snow would stay on the streets for weeks after the snow fall at which it became very hazardous. And on top of this all, the rent went up substantially in that time even though surrounding apartments with similar features did not and when I asked why that could happen and they said there was no reason for it to.

Overall it's not a terrible place you can live, but if you spend a little more time looking, you'll find something better in the area.

I TOTALLY AGREE. I am leaving this place. Office staff is ALWAYS rude and condescending. They arenice when you sign the lease, after that - forget it! Dog poop everywhere. Asst. Mgr. could not care less and acts like you are a nuisance if you bring it up - she looks really angry all the time, acts like she wants to beat you up. Rest of Staff, lazy as hell. Make mistakes constantly....don't rent here, Overpriced, bad management. Only good staff are maintenacne people who are polite and helpful.

I agree. This place is overpriced, they don't clear the roads when it snows! I fell by the mailboxes and hurt my leg! There is always dog poo around. The only nice staff are Aaron (maintenance) and Frozie! They are really nice... the rest of the staff are really rude...
