Yo!

Dirtiest, most disgusting apartment I've lived in. (With update.)

I suggest you either move elsewhere or don't rent without seeing the apartment you're renting before signing.

I spent two hundred dollars on supplies--including paint--to make this dump look decent. I've spent three weekends thoroughly cleaning. UPDATE: I ended up spending an additional $100.

I can't describe how disgusting this place is. Garbage is always overflowing at the dumpsters. (UPDATE: That problem was resolved. Dumpsters are always empty now.) People always leave rotting garbage outside their apartments. (UPDATE: That problem has been resolved. However, I'd really like it if the garbage drippings were washed from the concrete of the entryways.)

UPDATE: Originally, I commented negatively on the maintenance staff. I still take care of my own repairs because I was so disappointed in my initial experience. However, I have been happy with the snow removal.

Office staff' They're here for a paycheck. They don't care about the property. As long as you have no issues, you'll not have to worry about that. (UPDATE: Haven't dealt with them since my move-in. Whether changes have occurred, I do not know.)

I walked into the hot tub room the other day and a couple were having sex.

People race through the parking lot like they're working on 200 laps. (UPDATE: This continues to be the case. Speed bumps throughout the complex would be nice.)

UPDATE: Every time I go in the "business center," seems like something is broke. Once it was the copier, next the printer. I've gone in there two times when I was in a pinch...and both times what I was wanting to use was down. So much for that piece of rent that goes to the business center...My charitable contribution to the management, I guess.

REVISION: Initially, I commented on the disgusting condition of the apartment at the time I moved in...However, now that I've cleaned it, I don't feel so acrimonious. However, I would not rent an apartment here without seeing it first. This really was the most disgusting place I've moved into it. I don't know if the staff continue at this point to be as indifferent to their responsibility to their tenants as they were when I moved in, but if you take their word that the apartment will be ready, don't complain when it's not.

I swear to God, it was sickening. Even up to yesterday, after scrubbing and scrubbing, I still encounter spots of filth. I've never had an experience like this...Don't put yourself in the same position.

They're beautiful apartments with a decent location, but I would of been happier paying less than half the rent on the other side of town for what I have received. I really feel ripped off by this complex.

Good luck in your search.

I agree. Asst. Mgr. should not be working here at all, very unhappy girl. maintenacne is good - nice. My unit stunk of pet odor - was not cleaned/carpets/some painting was not done. Dog crap everywhere - staff could not care less and are actually rude to tenants. They definately are there for Paycheck! Property owners should do a major employee clean-up and hire new people. They are really unkind, rude, don't care about anything, lazy about helping tenants out with legit complaints. In particular, the asst. mgr. has gott go. Have no idea why she is still employed there - must bw friends with owners.
