We liked living there, until it came to move out time. We tried to get an office staff to walk through the apartment with us, but they were always too busy. We cleaned that apartment to just how it looked when we moved in. When we got our check in the mail they had taken off for things that were not true. They just make up stuff to write off and get your money. So pretty much dont' bother cleaning your apartment because they'll take your money anyway! When I called them about it, they made up some lame excuse and were very rude. Jennifers true colors really came out once you move out of her apartments! Also we froze all winter. Windows are very thin, and heat bill was very high.

I believe it. You have to walk through with camcorder before you move in and when you leave.
The seals are so thin, when the wind comes, there's literally whistling through doors and windows. I put that plastic sheeting up to get my heat bill down and the wind actually tore the plastic from the wall.
Awful place to live if you ask me. I've even gotten a couple dings in my car in the parking lot because people park so bad but staff does nothing about it.
