Nice apartment but management is terrible

The apartment was nice. Parking was not so good unless you wanted to pay more for a carport or garage. The major issue with this apartment complex is the management. They are terrible! They charged me for a carport for six months before I realized what they were doing and the carport was on the other side of the complex. I was one day late on my rent one month. They never called to tell me that I have to get a money order if I'm late. Instead they held onto my check for two weeks and charged me a late fee of $5 a day for fourteen days. When I moved out they never did a walkthrough with me. Instead they had a collection agency get a hold of me months later with a ridicuous list of work they claim they did. When I called to ask them for proof of this work I was told that information was filed in a garage and she didn't want to go get it. For the money I think there are much better apartment complexes in Colorado Springs. I would not recommend Grand Centennial!
