Stingy and unprofessional. Expected me to pay a water bill that never had a meter reading done. Stated I owed them XX amount of dollars as an estimate of how much water I would have used there. How can you charge someone on an estimation.

Poor construction. Virtually no insulation, and there is absolutely no quality windows. Wind tears right through during the winter. I moved in and the place was dirty as can be. Don't bother putting anything down on your check in sheet. They will charge you anyways when you leave. They gave me a cat hair infested apartment and expected me to be pleased. My fridge leaked the entire year I lived there...they never fixed it! Not to mention they charged me 50 bucks when I left for a dirty tub that was already piss stained and noted in my check in sheet!
