(user photo) (user photo) This is an average section of trim when I moved in. Scuff marks. (user photo) The right side is what a worn finish looks like. I asked for a new one but never received it. (user photo) The black dots are actually grime that was included with the apartment.

I loved my apartment - I loved the garden tub and the BIG kitchen. The recreation facilities are top notch and always very clean. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. My apartment was beautiful and I had a great view!
