I moved in 3 months ago. It seemed okay I guess. But then I got evicted even though I paid my rent. Hmmm.... It seemed to be a mistake on the office's part. They fixed the problem but didn't even apologize. Almost like it happened so much, it was no big deal. Then we got a utility bill for water/sewer which was never mentioned. It was in the lease (a very wordy addendum) but it was never pointed out to us. Our fault for not reading, but it still should have been mentioned. We got the bill on the 28th of the month and it was due the first. AND it's based on a formula which is for everyone in the complex! Never had I had to "share" a bill with other neighbors!!!!

We have received newsletters with a new set of fees. If we were late on the utility bill (the one that was due the 1st, that we got on the 28th) it would have been an extra $50. If you pay your rent late, it's $50 plus $5 per day after that. They evict you on the 10th if it isn't paid anyhow and then you have to pay a $200 attorney fee plus the late fees. I was told this by another neighbor.

The office doesn't seem to care about anyone or anything. We have needed a new stove and let them know 3 weeks ago. Nothing yet. The screens are barely staying on the windows/doors and the apartments are HOT! The air conditioner is in a pocket corner so the corner is really cool but the rest of the house is HOT! If you do close your doors/windows, the apts smell like mold. The office says the apts have mold (after you move in) but the air conditioner will fix that. That's crap.

There is minimal parking and you do get 1 assigned space. God forbid you have 2 cars in your home. They are paving the parking lot right now and they said it would take one day for our building. It's on the 2nd day and it's still not done. We have to park in booneyville. I could go on and on but seriously, just don't move in here. It's not worth it!
