DO not move in! They don't fix anything! your neigbors don't leave you alone! they're into everyones business! Drugs come in and out of one building all the time! theres a bunch of little kids that get togethor everyday and play which is nice. but some of them destroy the property on a daily. screens from windows..huge dug wholes.. mud everywhere from the sprinklers..they have a horriable drainage system..so when it rains or the sprinklers come on .. theres just HUGE puddles everywhere...MUDD! the laundry room sucks. you pay 75 cents to dry and 75 cents to wash.. unless you only put one or two pairs of jeans in there at a time it still smells gross and looks dirty. the dryers don't dry for crap. the management is quick to put a letter on your door if you're late on rent, but i've been telling them bout a problem since december of last year 07' that could make us very very sick! could have espestus etc..in there and they still have not fixed it! ANTS everywhere..baby ants..in the bottom apartments. the new landlord is rude and insufficient. would not suggest moving into these!!! when we moved in..everything looked ok... as we walked through...a typical lower rent apartment..but as time went on...we noticed there were cigarette burns all over the carpets..the kitchen countertops were PAINTED!! so everytime we clean the counters paint comes off!!! all the doors won't stay on! etc... wouldn't suggest moving in. and if you happen to park in some one elses spot.. that resident jumps! at the chance to tow you! the minute they see you in there spot. rediculous...
