I would not reccommend these apartments to anyone, unless they were looking for a cheap place to stay. This apartment was ridiculous after Kathy left as Manager. There were ants in front of my apartment building, which were disgusting to walk by and see everyday. They took over 2 months to have someone spray, and after that, the ants came back! Also, DO NOT live on the ground floor. My apartment FLOODED twice. And when I say flooded, every inch of the carpet, with the exception of the hallways were wet! And on top of that, it took them over a week the first time to come and extract the water. They would not do a mold test in the apartment either. They also did not fix the problem that was causing the apartment to flood. The apartment was built poorly. My closests even flooded, and there is not window there. Go figure! If you want to be sick from mold, and deal with RUDE staff, this is the place for you.

Just curious as to why you could not go to the store and take care of the ants yourself, especially when it was taking so long? I hope your "house" never floods. Then you will have to be mad at yourself.

why should someone else have to fork over money to fix what the mgmt should pay for which is included in the price of the rent, beforenoon you are wrong. The apt flooded because of poor construction that mgmt refuses to fix. This whole complex will be condemend when someone does a mold test on the building and they discover that they will have to demolish everything. I hope that you are not living here when that happens, then you will be mad when you did not listen to others warnings
