I totally disagree with this person!I love it here and never had a problem with the maintance staff! they have been the best help to me and my family! When I ask for a maintance request they are always on top of things and they have never been rude to me or my family. Sorry but this statement is just dont seem right to me from my expearance hear!

I agree, the maintenance staff are very professional and have never done anything to make us think otherwise. It sounds to me they were having personal problems and had to blame someone, so why not blame the ones that are out in all the elements, like rain, snow, hail, wind, etc trying to make our property a safe place to live.

I agree with the poster of this thread , personally the only one worth a hoot on the maint. staff is kevin . . Rick on the other hand is a lazy SOB who finds himself walking around the parking lot aimlessly tow tagging peoples cars after midnight when it comes to the snow . . rick pushes a snow blower around throughout the morning when theres only 3-4 inches of snow still leaveing an inch or so on the side walks instead of useing a snow shovel... the property itself is going down hill , literally just look at the cracks on the sides of the buildings where the footings used to be under it . . now slightly skew'd not to mention the family of mice that could be living in your apartment there . . hope ya got a cat . .
