I lived in Greentree Village for a short time. Whenever I had a problem with rent, the staff was always helpful. I believe they tried their best in solving the problems. Parking is good for residents, but guests had to park in a designated area that were far away from my apartment. There was minimal noise in the apartment, and the apartment was very clean. The grounds weren't extremely appealing, but the park right next to the complex made up for it. Maintanence was fair. I only had two maintanence problems while I was there. One was solved right away, the other was ignored for a while. The indoor pool was great. It was always clean and hardly ever crowded. Utilities were a bit pricey, but worth having the central air. Overall a good place to live.
