I moved into Greentree Village and a week later we were notified it was sold to new owners. When I paid my rent the next month they told me I could nolonger live there and they want me out as soon asap, because my income is too high. I am a model tenent. I pay my rent on time. I've never called maintenance. I travel a lot and I'm seldom there. I don't do drugs and never have had parties. My door has been plastered with notices. I've gotten 2 eviction notices. And they continue to harrass me. Until they were sold, the office staff was pleasant and helpful. The new staff is rude and they don't seem to talk to each other.

There was recently a shooting here and there was a raid in the building next to me.

i completely agree , my ex girlfriend and i lived there for a long time till the new company took over then we made too much to live there.. they scheduled the remodle of the building we lived in for the middle/end of august they told us we had till the 28th to move, then it became the 14th . . . then the 7th.. then after we got all moved out they tried to hit us with a breach of contract for breaking the lease early... after we paid the prorate for the month they wanted us out early. i completely agree with the original poster of this thread.. not to mention what the hell kinda color scheme are they goin for over there i mean come on Orange , Blue , Green , Light brown , dark brown... Ghetto!!! its a shame to see what was a nice community be ruined by low income people who dont give a crap about where they live and just trash it anyhow.. what a waste..

There is a true trouble and it is some personality split or disorder, namely Heather Bamber. Tim Owen don't seem to care less and he's her boss and his boss David is even more carefree and could care less. Heather harasses the tenants and chases after cars like a mad dog almost as to grab a hold of the door handle with her teeth. Watch out if you are planning a move to this place. They want you in but for some reason seems to want you out just as bad. I believe it has to do with the Section 42 tax credit, guidelines or tax break. Most recently the police had to be called on Heather for cursing and yelling at a single moms children with her using the racial slur the (N) word. She was calling them ghetto trash. Top management has not yet removed her from her responsibilities as of yet. Their name is COMCAP MANEGMENT. Heather also is know to be very close to all men, even the night Security and the project renovators {contractors} not the maintenance. She is especially close to the regional management Dave. All the leasing agents are female and are sweet as they come and qualify as human beings with stable minds and one of them need to take Heathers place. This place has become extremely diseased, even to the point of the good portion of the staff having to leave or thinking of leaving from here, just out of fear of having to be next to this mess or getting chewed out on a daily basis not know if they will be killed by her. Watch out think about buying a house and getting a mortgage, your peace of mind will be better for it and you will sleep at night and go to work without having to worry about getting a three day notice upon returning home for a restful evening at home, but turning into many restless night's of nightmares concerning Heather. And just to note; one of the rating's about another property named, Templeton Ridge Town Home's involved Heather and her rude behavior and altered ego, or reality and had resulted in her having to be petitioned buy staff to all residents for removal of her off that property. If she is still here try not to move in. I beg you. She might smile at you and be nice at first just to get you in, but watch out for the other Heather. She calls you family and then wants you out. She has more than just a few loose screws. She can become a very big liability to COMCAP if she isn't removed. She's even going around with security (Konquest) listening on doors to see if you're playing music to loud at night. Security was ready to kick one mans door in because he said he was not playing it to loud and shut the door. This is "Just Crazy." Just let the real police check Heathers place and see if something is wrong inside. I bet you there is.

I never had a problem with the property manager i think she was helping out the community. It makes it rough when they renovate a beautiful community such as greentree with great long term residents such as I and turn it into a section 42 property. The low class people get upset and whine when they done get there way. THe way people drive through the complex is so crazy the dont care how fast they drive or loud their music is. I have always had a probem with Tim. He is very rude with everyone. So many of my neighrbors have complained to me about him and I just thought it was just him having a bad day. Well it must be everyday. When I call to talk to him he is very short, rude and no professionalism. He needs to take lessons from the girls upstairs on how to treat people. ALl the girls upstairs are wonderful and try to help out in anyway. I personally think that Tim needs to go to a "higher" class property with the way he dresses and all the gold and jewlery he displays walking around in his high end clothes and thing in his ear talking on his cell phone. He acts as though we are lower than him and he is better than us. THat is what upsets me the most. I am so glad that I am "Overqualified" as they put it to live here because I dont think I could handle another year with Tim there!!!!!

well if everyone hasn't already heard, heather and tim are both gone apparently. I just found out about it today. thank goodness. hopefully things will be better on the property. i agre the girls upstairs are very nice and really do seem to care. as far as the renovation goes, i like it, finally things are being fixed and repaird that needed to be done probably 20 years ago and was never taken care of.

I recently moved out of Greentree a few months ago. When I first moved in a few of years ago, Greentree was a very quiet place to live in. Now, since it was sold to new onwers and it was changed to low cost housing, it became ghetto. Cops at night, loud music, cars coming in and out of the parking lot late at night, constant unfriendly notices pasted on the doors, always wanting to come in the apartment, etc. If you're a model citizen looking for an apartment, look further. This is not the kind of place you will feel safe at night. I'm so glad I got out of there.

I currently live at Greentree Village Apartments and have been for two years. Yes, the renovations with Greentree is hard but worth it.This Community needed a boost and the new management company did it. I am very happy with my apartment and all the staff up in the office. They are very curtious and they seem to like there jobs. Now as far as the comments about Tim and Heather are true but they are no longer here at greentree...Thank God! they finally got a good crowd of girls up in the office.I havent seen a dangerous situation here yet and dont feel threatened by the other residents here. I would reccomend anyone to live here as i have..i currently have three of my friends and famiy members living here and they all feel the same way as I. I would not second guess myself to live here and the changes that has happened was great...i cant wait to see what the club house is going to look like once they are finished. And another note they always have a resident function at least once every two months. I never had a problem with the maintance staff at they always have taken my work orders and finished then in a timely fashion. the other comments above may have had a bad experience with Greentree but mine has been pleasant and i look forward to contining raising my two children here. This is a great place to raise your childern in an affordable rate,.
