it's loud 24/7, people smoke weed with their doors wide open and get drunk in the hallways on a regular basis, kids run up and down the hall as early as 6am and as late as 12 ("quiet" hours are 9pm to 9am), the manager is a b*tch.. but she is there less then 15 minutes at a time on random days, maintenance issues are never handled (we were there for 3 months and one of the toilets was broken the whole time).. it smells terrible because of the water treatment plant on peterson afb. the walls are paper thin, and most of the people that live there are trashy and rude. the apartments are big but cheap. you get what you pay for.
