Apartments are very conviently located near Union and Academy with shopping and restraunts very close. The noise level is minimal to almost non-existant depending on the side of the complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

While HPA is a little older than a few other apartments in Colorado Springs, the updates are on going and very current. They are very clean and very well kept by a friendly and knowledgable staff. The grounds are well maintained. Small pets are welcomed, there is covered parking included in the lease. The workout facility is very impressive with treadmills, machines and free weights. There is a dry sauna and hot tub with an outdoor pool. A washer-dryer hookup is available in every unit but there are several laundry facilities through out the complex which are most always available.

The apartment complex is very quiet and the residents seem to be very cordial and friendly. It "feels like home".
