Not a very good apartment complex for the price. The building construction is poor and a great amount of noise can be heard from other apartmentss. It is a gated community with few parkin places and occasionally you have to park on the street and climb the fence to get to your apartment. The maintenance of the complex is good, but the enforcement of rules and regulations by the management is extremely poor. Many of the stipulations within the lease agreement are not enforced, including regulation of appropriate parking and control of noise from other tenants.
