These apartments are fairly nice. I felt very safe, especially since this is a gated community. I never had any trouble with parking. The only real and huge negative was the fact that I could hear my neighbors above me clear as day. I heard every argument, every toilet flush, and every step they took in their apartment. It was extremely hard to study while I was living there.
