The Highland Park management consistantly failed to address our maitnence problems, dealing with us dishonestly and rudely. Often our maitnence issues were not addressed for weeks at a time. During our residency, many repairs became necessary. On one occassion, maitnence entered the apartment when we specifically revoked their request for entrance. The managment also failed to comply with the lease agreement.
Although the gated community seems to offer security, its effect is very limited, as there are holes in the fence.
