After looking for an apartment almost 3 months, I finally decided Highland Park was the place for me. The office staff was very nice, and genuine, the price was not too bad for the product, and while going through the lease with Jennifer, she made everything very clear. I always read through every word of the lease to ensure that I am informed about their policies. They are painting the doors/shutters and replacing old stairwells, but it will be beautiful once it's finished! I just love the new moss green they are using. As to a few other community coments, I rarely hear a peep from my neighbors, and parking is never a problem.

As a resident at this complex this review sounds a bit fishy to me! If this person doesn't have any noise problems I want their apartment! It seems odd to me that in the same time frame this resident has had no problems and I've had tons...

Oh please..I think you have the wrong complex. This place is terrible. Do not live here. I had a Manager walk right into my apartment when I didnt answer the door because I had just gotten out of the shower and was not dressed. When I yelled at her all she could say was it was her property and she had the right. Crazy -----.
