At first glance this complex was very nice and I was thrilled to have found something that seemed more than suitable. However, don't let the good appearance fool you. The office staff are very unhelpful, maintenence takes weeks to fix problems (even something as serious as a water leak), and the noise is terrible. Don't expect any sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. Parking is terrible- people park their cars in the fire lanes and there is almost never open parking avaliable. Safety is an issue as well- we had a car broken into, the storage closet broken into, and gun shots all within a few months. The carpets were hopelessly dirty and took 10 runs with a steam cleaner before they were reasonably clean. This was after the complex had them "professionally cleaned". We have also had mold problems which were very difficult to remedy. Overall, this complex is not worth what they charge for rent. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere despite first appearances.

I think your renting experience has a lot to do with the company you keep. I have had no problems whatsoever the staff is more than helpful with any issue.

I have had NO problem with management or security. I am VERY HAPPY with these apartments. I too think maybe its the person them self and the company you keep.
