I don't usually go to sites like this one just because all people do is complain when they are not told what they want to hear but my sister forwarded me the link.
I have lived here for about 2 years. After owning a home for several years, it is a nice change of pace.
The office people have changed, I feel for the better. You do have to pay fees when you pay rent late, things do break but they will get fixed and hey, as long as I don't have to fix them, that is all I care about. Actually, I feel bad for them, I am not at all jealous of their positions. Having to hear all this crying from people would get on my nerves.
Maintenance has been decent. I like the new guy, he is very friendly.
There is a new dog park which works great for me, since I own a dog. I wish people would pick up after their dogs. Actually, that is one gripe I have about the community, the apartment provides bags to pick up after your pet, yet no one does, I wish people were not so lazy.
Over all, if you have to live in an apartment community I would recommend this one. Although, your neighbors might get on your nerves because after all, aren't they the ones who are complaining'
