I lived here for one year and just recently moved. Overall the place wasn't so bad. It seemed safe and the people that worked there seemed to be competent. But there are some things that could be alot better and those things caused me to move after onyl one year.

There is no storage space. There is an outdoor storage place on your balcony but thats about it. The bedroom closet is very small. The kitchen cabinets are terrible and some cans wont even fit in there. Mt glasses had to be forced in at times.

When the heat kicks on, it sounds like a turbine engine. You cant hear anything when the heat kicks on. The A/C is right by the door and most of it seems to leak right out. THe apartment was drafty in all rooms which made it very cold/hot, depending on the season.

The place seemed to be made in the 70s with all of the old/cheap fixtures. Everything seemed ready to fall apart at any given moment.
