The facilities are in fantastic shape and a large majority of the apartments are renovated. The weight room is exceptional. Talking with residents we learned that they have lots of activities for the residents. They have a fenced in dog park which is a great added feature. Our daughter will be renting here and we feel this is a great place.
I would like to take a few moments and let you know what a special lady you have working for you. My wife and daughter and I stopped by yesterday to look at the Highland Park apartments. The complex was very nice and the lady that helped us Nicole was exceptional! The complex is one of the nicest apartment complexes I have seen. Nicole went out of her way to show us around and make us feel so welcome! If there was any doubt about getting an apartment Nicole would have pushed us over the top. Her customer Service skills are amazing! We asked her how long she had been doing that and she reply a short time, we could not believe it because we thought she had been doing it for years! She is a real gem and makes your company shine!
Hats off to your insight for moving her up and letting her represent your company. As you from this morning once again She went out of her way to go measure the laundry room to make sure our washer and dryer would fit. She had asked the Maintenance man and got rough dimensions but that was not enough she volunteered to go message the room for me and call back. If anyone wants a fantastic apartment with OUTSTANDING staff they should look Highland Park! Thanks so much for making our apartment hunting fun and rewarding by having such a wonderful representative!
