The Hill Park Apts. I would give a 7 of 10. With the amount of Spanish speaking individuals there I would give the employees some incentive to learn the language. Speaking fluent Spanish is not by any means necessary, but habla espanol un poco por favor or speak spanish a little please. Minimal wasting of our city's police officers' time.
