All Utilities included! Spacious green areas to play! Nice family neighborhood! Do not fall for these tactics. I walked into Hill Park the first time in 2005. The apartments they showed me were the remodeled version (the only reason for the remodel was because the building was on fire a couple of years prior). I moved in the month following only after they gave me the wrong apartment number. I should have know that was an omen of things to come.

In my last 2 years as a renter at Hell Park I discovered many things. Maintence and Cleaning ladies come and go. My favorite cleaning lady was actually killed in front of our building. They take your rent but then complain the whole time they are fixing any problems. They do not open the pool until Late June and then close it when they leave the office. The apartments are infested with Mice and Roaches but they only spray one time a month with spray even the fumigators say does not work.

The windows are very unsafe. They do not replace screens and will install gates but charge you for them and keep them when you move out. You hear gunshots almost every night and the police are out there daily for broken into and abandoned cars. Everyone complains but the owners do not care. They let gangbangers, drug lords and even prostitutes move in. Yes they claim great security. CSPD is their security. I was awoken several times by them knocking on my door telling me my car was broken into.

I would not wish this hell on anyone. Please save yourself some pain and do not move in there. I know in the beginning they put on a nice show but after it is all said and done it is still run by slumlords.
