I had nothing but problems while living there. The drain under the sink had rusted through, causing a leak whenever it drained, making the need for wrapping towels around the drain necessary. I asked numerous times to have this fixed with no luck.. when I moved out, they tried to charge for me for it! My mail was listed as "return to Sender" 2 months before I left, so I was unable to receive payment in the mail.. upon explaining it to the landlady, I was greeted with her wanting to evict me for nonpayment! My employer offered to pay her directly, and arrangements were made. The property manager was paid in full the next day.. at 5:55pm I received a visit from the sheriff! They took money for the next 2 months rent, and kept it!

My next door neighbor had a 5 year old.. I can tell you the entire layout of that apartment due to the paper thin walls and stomping child next door. I was also greeted with a visit from the police who were investigating a potential meth lab in the area, and were trying to see if it was operating out of my studio apartment.
