This apartment community is very nice and new. Since its income regulated the price of rent goes by your yearly gross pay. So if your a hard working person that has a half way decent paying job your going to be paying much more then the people that dont make as much money. So if you flip burgers for a living this place is GREAT, but if you make more then $10 an hour plan on paying more then the rest. $655 for a 1 bed 1 bath, 690 sq. feet of space for 1 person, is outrageous! The ONLY amenities you have is central air and a washer and dryer. No pool, no playground, no tables to have a BBQ, etc. So like I said this is a VERY nice place to live only if you make less then $22,000 a year before taxes. Oh.. the office staff isnt there on a regular basis. And the maintenance crew is ALWAYS behind. My neighbor has gone almost a year without the closet door to their washer and dryer area, even though they've put in a work request at least 5 times. Also the year that I have been here they have gone into my apartment at least 3 differnt times with little to no notification. One morning I was sleeping in and was woken up by 2 maintenance men in my living room, once I said something they hurried and left, but this was not acceptable and I felt uneasy about the situation for weeks after.
