THIS PLEACE STINKS From: JCTHEPARTSGOD Date posted: 3/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   SAVE YOUR MONEY. LIVE IN A BETTER PLACE. WATCH OUT FOR THE EXTRA ADD ON TO THE RENT THE HEAT AND ELEC. PLUS YOU ALSO HAVE TO PAY THE CITY. I WAS LOOKN TO SAVE SOME MONEY. $475 SOUNDED GOOD BUT AFTER ALL THE EXTRAS RENT RANGED FROM $511-560. THE ROOF ON THE THRID FLOOR HAD A HOLE IN IT AND WHEN IT RAIND OR SNOWED THE HALL WAY WOULD GET SOAKED. THEN IT SMELLED LIKE MOLD. THE PARKING LOT WAS NEVER PLOWED AND THE SIDEWALKS HAD ENOUGH ICE ON THEM TO PLAY HOCKEY. KEEP LOOKING YOU CAN DO BETTER.
