These are the WORST apartments I have ever lived in before. These apartments are about the size of a closet, with outrageous rent rates. You see the price at first and think 'oh this isn't bad' then you move in. Many of the walls are made out of brick, so you cannot make wall hangings. The kitchen is just one counter with a sink and stove in it. The stove and fridge are not even full size. These apartments have cockroaches in them. When management was notified they said 'oh we already know about that' and proceeded to wait over a week to do something about it. Every pipe has broke in this apartment - my toilet and bathtub were both leaking into the downstairs apartment, and my sink broke twice ruining all food I had in the cabinets underneath.

The management lives on the property, so if you want to feel like you live with your mom - this is the place for you. She drives around at 10 pm at night and puts tow tickets on cars that she feels are not parked to her liking. She discusses her tenants personal life with other tenants, and when she doesn't like you - she purposely avoids you. I needed to contact her about something, so I came to the office on my lunch break. She drove by and saw my car and just kept driving. I waited a half hour and as soon as I drove off, she all of a sudden popped in.

Things here are supposedly remodeled, but done very sloppy. The only apartment that got made up real nice is the managers of course. The laundry room is absolutely disgusting. They clean once every now and then. They have a habit of turning off the water for HOURS without notifying you, and will raise rent whenever they feel like. If for some reason you get on the managements bad side, she will indirectly harrass you. My friend lived here for over a year - paid her rent on time every month, never had any complaints from neighbors and this manager has hounded her so much about everything that she was in tears. She had to put in 30 days notice and it felt like 30 years.

These apartments are cheaply priced, but let me tell you - it is not worth all the drama of horrid management!
