I have lived at Kingsborough for quite a while now, and I absolutely love it! Many of the negative reviews on this site were written quite a while ago, and a lot has changed since then. I have a one bedroom unit, and it is very big compared to most other apartments. These apartments are very nice and have been well maintained. I have a great view of the city lights and Pikes Peak from my balcony! The rent is very competitively priced at $480 a month especially considering everything that you get. They pay for your water, hot water, and trash pickup. Electric and Gas are through the local utility company. When I first moved in, my apartment was cleaned spotless, and there was a welcome basket waiting in my kitchen with a few household items. The office staff is very friendly and conscientious. I have not had any problems since living here. The pool is also Amazing! It is only open during the summer months (May - September) since it is outdoors. The landscaping around the complex is also very beautiful, the grass is always green and lush, The flowers and trees are amazing, and I have never seen any trash or debris around the grounds. The neighbors are very quiet and keep to themselves, which is very nice. All in all, this place is great! The location is key, as it is right across from Palmer park, it is close to hiking trails, shopping, and fun. I highly recommend it to others!
