Small, but good for a first apartment

Not a lot to brag about. Laundry rooms are usually full. Pool is small but deep and busy. No bbq grills allowed on decks, even if just for storage. Carpet is dark brown. No private entry. One ceiling fan in entire apartment. Good location. Noisy at times due to being so close to Academy Blvd.
