Just relocated to Colorado Springs, I searched for a lot of apartments in and around the locality. Was trying to figure out which one best fits my need. Judging between the rent, deposit, water/sewage/thrash expense, parking space, cleanliness, access to groceries and many other features, I felt this was a good one for the price. Its just been a month since I moved in and I'm really excited about it. Couple of my friends who were here also felt was nice and a good place for the rent I pay. While talking abt the pros, there are definitely few cons but doesnt really bother me a lot.

Cons like - since very close to N Academy Blvd(one of the bussiest roads in CoS) appartments facing towards the road might be a little noisy at times. Kind of looks old from outside but the inside looks def makes to feel its deceiving. I live in a 600 sq ft apartment, being one person doesnt bother me for the space, but if you are looking for more room, you might wanna look for something else.

Overall definitely worth the money.
Will post again once I have been here for a while and how the managements really interacts to complaints, if any.
