Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I have lived in two apartments in this community and never had any problem with either one. The ONE maintenance request I ever had was answered promptly. I have had NO issues with management. They were always personable and helpful.
The only reason I moved was to live with my boyfriend in another apartment complex (Aspen Ridge) and we're BOTH regretting living here, now. I wish we could break our lease and move back to Kinsgborough with out having our current apartment management charge us an arm and a leg in fines.
Kingsborough is a great place to live and I would recommend them to anyone.
