I have been living at Kingsborough for 4 months now. I haven't had any issues with the staff. The maintenance people have done fine, snow removal has been efficient. The laundry rooms have been well kept. Naturally when you have shared facilities there will be times the facilities will be unavailable to you. I haven't seen any loitering in the parking lots. The after hours security staff has been visible, I see them driving through frequently. For the price of these apartments, I would say it is a good deal. It is also in a convenient location, not too far to get just about anywhere.
