My husband and i moved into kit carson almost a year ago now. We have a 2 years old son and one night we had a water pipe brake or something. Any way we still have those getto lamn water heaters( youd think you could do some up grading.) And we had no heat!!! A two year old with no heat, great! i call my landlady, go down and talk to her even take my son and his freezing toes. tell her mantinence will be down in a few minutes. This is a 10 am thats when they open. And at 3 15 they show up say its broken put towels over the windows there old they let in a lot of air. In the mean time i have my hall door open its warmer in the hall. They came back around 7 when my husband called them again becasue we still had no heat. They come look, drain the water it starts. A few minutes later it stopped again. We call they are gone after they said they were not leaving tell everyones heat was on. We call her house page her, when she calls back she had the nerve to tell me can you just open the oven for tonight' do what' with a two year old, ya dont think so. if i clould put pictures on here you would be sick. We have patches all over the halls all floores, stains places where you can see pipes, debree all over the floor when they do fix or destroy something. It is un fit. I do not see how they even pass inspection ever! i cant believe were still here, but im not going to mess rental history up for this. it means to much. Any time stop by and walk through the halls and see for your self. What are behind the doors gets worse. rent is cheap but you and everone else can do better.
