I lived at Kit Carson apartments for 6 months and when I moved out I cleaned it thoroughly. I moved out in March and still have not received my deposit. Every time I call I get excuses from the manager. Now when I call I dont even get a call back and when I ask for the owners phone number the manager says I cant give that to you or I will get in trouble. This is a poor way to run a business.

his name is ron helton and he lives in the denver area, he owns princeton properties, hopefully this helps! he wont be of much help since he is a money hungry old man who doesnt even pay his employees!

I am a Realtor in Colorado, and I know it is the law that they need to come up with the recipts of things done in your old place, or the money with in 30 days of your move out.
