Knolls Apartments

Going Down the Drain From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   I first moved to the Knolls and Colorado in 1998. Although they were just starting to convert form the original 70's look, the apartments were nice, quiet, and maintainence was responsive. I started in a 1 bedroom and eventually moved to a larger apartment. Boy how things have changed. Management has changed 3-4 times and they are currently running 100 service orders behind. You cannot even speak to the new manager. Everyone I have known there is moving out. I did a few months ago and boy am I glad. Cars are being vandalized, they are allowing all sorts to move in and grafitti is appearing everywhere. I cannot even get them to give a measly 200.00 deposit back and I was a good tenant!
