I have lived in the Knolls Apartments since July of 2003. These apartments are ok if you live in them during the summer but the winter bills are out of control. They have the worst heating system I have ever seen. We don't even have the heat on in three of the rooms and the bills are still up around $150 -$200 for electricity per month. You can also hear every single thing going on around you in the other apartments. Dogs are also allowed so it makes for a noisy place. The parking also stinks if you do not live directly in front of it. Otherwise you have to walk all the way around to your apartment on the other side of the building.
