Still living here. I have lived here since July of 2004. The maintenance crew leaves something to be desired. I called 5 times to have VERY simple things like, replacing outlets, re-attaching a fallen kitchen cupboard and the topper, re-attaching a fallen shower rod. The first time the shower rod broke it took 2 weeks to get someone in here to fix it...so I was bathing it that whole time. The first "fix" was half baked. The guy put some coins and some rubber and something else to create tension but alas...it didn't last. The second time to fix took another week and MANY phone calls to management. I've found it to be pretty quiet, spacious and private. The outlying neighborhoods aren't the nicest...its kind of a dumpy part of town, but cheap and pretty safe I think. Overall I was pretty happy living here. I mean, unless you own your own place, there will always be things to deal with in apts. BTW, the second floor is virtually noise free!
