My daughter lived here for almost a year. Parking was a problem for her. She lived alone and came home late at night sometimes. Often times she could not find a place to park close to her apartment, which was unsafe. The management's solution was for her to "rent" a parking space to assure a place, but options were not close enough to her apt. to make that option feasible. When I called to see what could be done for her, the management basically told me I was lying about space availability and the manager decided to go to the lot and count the available places. I e-mailed the management company in Denver twice with complaints and NEVER got a response from them. Our daughter called the police 3 times while living there, once because someone tried to break her door in at 3:00 in the morning while she was there and twice because she was followed (in her car) into the complex and was afraid to get out.

On the contrast, I have lived here for a while and have NEVER had a difficult time finding parking. The "rentable" car-ports are lighted and perhaps safer. I have never felt threatened or had a break in attempt. I suppose it has to do with the kind of people you attract. As far as the management goes, I have always had a very warm welcome even when I had issues to resolve. Just depends on how you treat them. If you are ------ and demand stuff it wont happen. I think that is common since. Thanks

Yeah I was friends with a girl who was up at the front desk. They ended up trying to screw me! Im from a military house hold and they took advantage of me. It doesnt matter how you treat them.. you could be friends with them.. but the company will try to gauge you!
