Terrible Infrastructure and Maintenance

I have lived in this complex for 6 months and the amount of problems I have had is multiple time the total problems I had with other apartments I lived in the last 10 years. On top of that, maintenance is very poor. I still have problems that they can not fix 6 months after. And that 1 or 2 problems they did fix, it took them at least 2 trips to have the job done right. The service people don't seem to be capble of their job duties.
The first day I moved in, the water heater did not work. They came to fix it but hot water was out again by the evening of the next day. The phone wiring was screwed up by the remodeling contractor and I had to call the phone company to get it right. Soon the valve in the bathroom started leaking and it took them 2 trips to fix it. I have had plumbing problem (not leaking, it's water pouring out all over my kitchen floor)in the kitchen 9 time in 6 months and they still don't know or don't want to fix the root of the problem. Heating system does not work right; I have to put on a comforter while sitting in the living room during winter and they keep telling me heating system is working...
I love the location of this complex because it is < 1.5 mi from work, but I guess I have no choice but move out after my lease expires. Their reant is cheaper than other apartments around the area, but think about the amount of time and energy you will have to spend to get things working right in your apartment.
