I moved here in november of 2003. from the moment we moved in, there was a problem with our sliding door. we complained and complained. we went through a whole winter freezing our asses off and paying outrageous heating bills for 4 months before they finally replaced the door. at that time, the rent wasn't bad for a 2 bedroom. but you get what you pay for. 2 years later, they get around to the remodeling they promised. we were excited. than we found out that we had to transfer to another unit with no choice. we transferred and they jacked up the rent to almost $900 dollars for a 2 bedroom!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! on top of that, they sign an exclusive deal with DIRECT TV making that the only choice for cable. Direct tv sucks!!! That also eliminated the internet for tenants because Adelphia wasn't allowed here!!! they promised a wireless internet network within a couple of months of that happening (late 2005). Here it is may of 2006 and the network has only been up for a month. AND IT SUCKS!!!! It's not reliable!!!! always some damn problem with the network. And the customer service for the internet company sucks too!!! We are actually still waiting on a new sliding door for our new apartment that we've been in for almost 9 months!!!!! The management acts like they care but nothing happens. The only thing that remains great about this place is the location. But I don't think that will save this company/apartment complex. Bottom line: Units not worth the cost at all, cable and internet is a nightmare, management doesn't care. our lease is up soon and we are friggin gone!!!! Don't live here unless you want to go insane!! Seriously!! I could write a couple more pages but this might be enough for now.

If it's so bad why have you been there for three years knowing that there are going to be all these changes and the move in was horrible. I WOULD HAVE LEFT!!!!!!!!

They sprung the -------- rent and direct tv/internet changes on us last minute. if we'd known it was going to be like that, we would've left earlier. sometimes, (unless mommy and daddy pay for everything or you're a hooker or drug dealer) you don't have a choice but to stay until you can save some money to move out. which is no easy task while you're paying to live here

I hear you loud and clear.. this review is an acurate one. But watch how you turn in your notice... I did exsactly what they said... then they lied to me and tried charging me extra rent.. Its a night mare.
