Knolls Apartments

CAR BROKEN INTO TWICE! VERY UNSAFE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I parked my car immediately outside my apartment complex in The Knolls and during the past year, it's been broken into TWICE! Management is totally unresponsible and nonchalant in every way, shape and form. DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are tons of dogs who ---- everywhere because the tenants don't give a crap. The noise is ridiculous, with paper thin walls. Insulation is horrible, so you end up paying a huge price for electric. You are locked into DirectTV and a horrible internet provider that is unreliable.
