Knolls - review

Knolls is located very convenient, not very far from downtown and steps away from shopping plaza. The variety of apartments allows finding the best suiting for a customer. Management is very nice, responsive, cooperative and flexible about the moving date. There were no problems with management or service staff. All small issues were resolved quickly at mine convenience. Apartment s layout is very convenient. Separate and discontinuous rooms give a comfort and freedom of activities. The place is surprisingly quiet, considering the close by location to I-25 and Uintah Street; residents are trying to respect each others privacy. There is some discomfort with thin walls, but this is an issue of all apartment complexes. In my opinion, security is the only thing that has to be taking more care of. A bit disappointing are agreements of Knolls with Direct TV and Qwest broadband. The lack of competition made these providers irresponsible for information provided, installation time and pricing. So, about two weeks total was dedicated to get what was wanted and the way it suppose to work. However, the way Direct TV and Qwest work is not Knolls fault. The huge plus is utility bill. I use to rent the house with the same square footage and I pay now 30% of the usual bill for the house. I definitely like it and will recommend to move here.
