I like it here. Apartment was cleaned right before I moved in. After previous occupants everything was repainted, carpet and underneath matt were changed, so it felt like I moved to a brand new place. Despite of a quantity of pets (especially dogs) lawns are clean. Service staff is taking care of lawns on a weekly basis. All occurred problems are taken care of within a day. The quality/price ratio of Knolls is outstanding.
