There is a new head manager guy here now, and things are MUCH improved. I have read many reviews of this place and a huge majority of them complain about the management of the apartments (don't blame them!). This guy is much more willing to listen, way more approachable I guess. Already he has resolved an issue I've had for a long time that was never given any attention by the previous management staff. I have lived several places before and I know that one of the keys to having a good apartment is knowing someone will work with you if something comes up in life. It feels as though care that I enjoy my time here has finally entered into the equation. So now I would officially say I am comfortable where I live and would definitely recommend it.
