I could go on for quite awhile on the reasons you should avoid these apartments at all costs, but I will give you the highlights:
*tried to have my rent automatically withdrawn from my account and they could not figure it out, tried to charge me late fees for their error.
*no parking
*dog poop (and I love dogs! just not stepping in it all over the sidewalks)
*gates don't work all of the time
*cannot see oncoming traffic when you pull out the gate, have almost gotten hit multiple times (and almost been hit)
*expensive- almost nothing is included
YOU CAN DO BETTER. There are lots of places to rent in COS and this is not one I ever care to come back too.
