The management has changed twice in the two years I lived at the complex and each was as incompetent as the last. Expect hidden fees, double charges and unexplainable cleaning fees upon moving out even if you give at least 30 days notice. Get everything in writting because it will change at least twice in the course of your interactions with management. The gate to the complex only works occassionally, you can only get direct TV (they will lie and say you can get comcast but they have an exclusive contract). Available parking stinks if you get home after 7 pm. The Knolls looks great upon first visit, but it all changes once you actually move in. Beware of the fascade, it fades quickly.
