I have lived in many different countries and several states in my life as a military dependent. NEVER have I had such inexperienced office staff! They simply DO NOT care about the residents! Doors are constantly propped open (this is SUPPOSED to be a secured entry complex), cars are constantly broken into (our security staff was hired, then fired, now NONEXISTENT), parking in insane (residents AND visitors park in others' reserved spaces AND BLOCK THE ENTIRE fire lane in front of the office; even though there is a HUGE tow away sign; no one abides by the rules here. We had a fire in that building last week, and the fire trucks COULD NOT park in the fire lane due to the people blocking it because they are too lazy to walk) Barking dogs constantly, lower income residents having non stop parties in summertime..ALL complaints to staff are ignored. The owner's daughters run the office and are here just for the "paycheck". PLEASE RUN away from this property!
