first of all, the management and maintenance crew are friendly yet inefficient and slow. the community is ok but the safety and security aspects are really poor. apartments and vehicles have been broken into numerous times. as far as parking, it's not that great because the stalls are too small and the residents rarely know how to park and have a tendency to hit and scratch other peoples cars. there are also neighbors who are rude and inconsiderate when it comes to stomping and playing their music too loud. other than that the sizes of the apartments are really good for the prices that they're asking for.
